Peg Docs

Launch a coin

Pick a peg, name your coin and sign one transaction.

Steps

  1. Open Launch and connect a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare or Backpack).
  2. Choose the peg: the asset your coin is paired with. The list is grouped by chain and shows each peg's live price.
  3. Enter a name (up to 32 characters), a ticker (up to 10), an optional description and links, and an image (PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP, up to 2 MB).
  4. Press Launch coin and approve the transaction in your wallet.

Your image and metadata are stored on Peg's IPFS node and served at peg.cx/ipfs/.... A new mint address is made for your coin and signs the transaction alongside you; you pay the network fee and the rent for the coin's new accounts.

What you get

  • 1,000,000,000 tokens with 6 decimals, mint and freeze authority revoked when the pool is created.
  • A bonding curve priced in the peg you chose. See Curve and graduation.
  • A coin page at peg.cx/coin/<mint> with a chart, trades and a buy and sell panel.

Launches on a peg open once that peg is live on Solana. The site marks every peg as Open or Soon.
